TERMS OF SERVICE AND SALE
1. General provisions
These terms govern purchases from the online store www.mbat.lt. The seller is UAB “Thunder group”, company code 306745107, VAT number LT100017455614, registered address Elektronikos St. 34-1, LT-35116 Panevėžys, Lithuania.
By placing an order on www.mbat.lt, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
2. Goods and prices
Product descriptions, key characteristics and prices are displayed in the online store. All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown before the customer confirms the order.
3. Placing an order
A sales contract is concluded when the customer places an order and the seller receives the order confirmation and, where applicable, payment.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
4. Payment
Goods can be paid for using the payment methods shown on www.mbat.lt. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
5. Delivery
Goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer when ordering or using another selected delivery method. Delivery prices, available countries and estimated delivery times are displayed in the online store.
The customer must provide accurate information required for delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, subject to exceptions provided by law.
The customer must notify the seller of the decision to withdraw by email at info@thundergroup.lt.
Returns and refunds are also governed by the Return and Refund Policy published on www.mbat.lt.
7. Product quality and warranty
Goods are covered by consumer rights and the statutory guarantee provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
If the customer notices a defect or non-conformity, they must contact the seller at info@thundergroup.lt and provide the order details and, where possible, a description and photographs of the defect.
8. Product use
MBAT products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The customer must read the instructions and warnings for the specific product.
Products marked “Training” are intended for instruction and training purposes and must not be used as a substitute for products intended for another purpose.
9. Liability
The seller is liable for the performance of its obligations in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the seller is not liable for damage caused by failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions or warnings, or by using the product for a purpose for which it was not intended.
10. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on www.mbat.lt and applicable data protection laws.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without limiting any rights granted to consumers by mandatory European Union law or the law of their country of residence.
