SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Goods ordered from the UAB “Thunder group” online store www.mbat.lt are delivered in Lithuania and other European Union countries.
Delivery in Lithuania
- Orders of 1–20 items: EUR 3.00.
- Orders of 21–100 items: EUR 5.99.
- Orders of 101 items or more: free delivery.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.
Free pickup in Vilnius
Free pickup is available at Zietelos St. 3, LT-03202 Vilnius, only after you receive confirmation that your order is ready. Please arrange your arrival time in advance by phone at +370 679 91182 or by email at info@thundergroup.lt.
Delivery to other European Union countries
- Standard delivery price: EUR 17.00.
- The specific delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and carrier.
The final delivery price and available delivery methods are shown to the customer at checkout.
The order processing time begins when the order is received and, where applicable, payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays in the Republic of Lithuania are not counted as business days.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, an additional redelivery charge may apply.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please notify UAB “Thunder group” as soon as possible at info@thundergroup.lt, stating the order number and, where possible, attaching photographs of the damaged parcel.
