RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal

A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, except in the cases excluded by law.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify UAB “Thunder group” within 14 days at info@thundergroup.lt, clearly stating the decision to withdraw and providing the order number.

2. Returning goods

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the customer must send or hand over the goods to the seller no later than 14 days from the date of the notice.

The returned goods must be properly packaged. The customer is liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Return costs

The direct cost of returning goods of satisfactory quality under the 14-day right of withdrawal is borne by the customer, unless the seller states otherwise.

If the goods are defective, damaged or do not match the order, the consumer rights provided by law apply.

4. Refunds

After receiving the customer's notice of withdrawal, the seller refunds all payments received from the customer, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from receipt of the notice.

The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the customer supplies evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.

If the customer selected a delivery method more expensive than the seller's standard delivery method, the additional delivery costs are not refunded.

5. Defective or incorrect goods

If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect goods, contact us at info@thundergroup.lt. State the order number, describe the issue and, where possible, attach photographs.

Consumer rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are exercised in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
